LILY is a large-scale interdisciplinary alliance, funded under COST Action CA23133, focused on addressing how nature-based solutions (NbS) affect human health across Europe.
We aim to build a shared framework and set guidelines for indicators, promoting best practices in the use of nature-based solutions to address the health impacts of climate change, with a special focus on evidence-based policies, vulnerable populations, and reducing inequality in adaptation and implementation.

Working groups
The LILY ACTION is structured around four Working Groups (WGs), each focusing on key aspects of nature-based solutions and their health impacts.
Research coordination to identify knowledge gaps, develop the conceptual framework, and create guidelines for indicators and best practices in nature-based solutions health assessment
Focus on training, stakeholder engagement, and translating research outputs into accessible resources through workshops, summer schools, and stakeholder meetings
Design and maintenance of the project’s digital network and data platform, enabling collaboration, data sharing, and matchmaking among researchers and implementers
Communication and dissemination strategy, organising events, adapting outputs for different audiences, and promoting the visibility and impact of the project
